For quick directions, enter the Eircode above into your phone's Maps app. We are located at Units 3 & 4, Strand House, which is on the South Strand, in Skerries, Co Dublin. South Strand faces the beach and there is generally plenty of paid parking on the sea-front.
The centre is located on the first floor, above Meraki Hairdressers. Ours is the bright yellow door with intercom systems to the RHS.
Your therapist will tell you whether to use intercom for Core 1 or Core 2 depending on which therapy rooms they are using. The therapist will answer the intercom, press the door open button for you, and they will then be at the top of the stairs to meet you.
We are 10 mins walk from Skerries Railway Station, and the no. 33 Bus which serves Balbriggan, Rush and Swords stops in Strand Street which is adjacent.
There is on-street parking which is generally payable, although a short walk to the car parks at the top of the harbour will bring you to free parking.
