tab and scroll down, you can see information on different types of therapy, and contact details for all our individual therapists. You can contact one or more of them to discuss an appointment and the type of support which you are seeking.
Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
where your enquiry will be dealt with confidentially and your email will be deleted once initial in-person contact has been made.
There is generally a waiting list for evening appointments in particular, so let the therapist know about your availability generally.
In crisis situations it will normally be possible to have an initial consultation within 24 hours.
