Annette Williams

MIACP | Preferred pronouns: She/Her
Annette provides a supportive space for every client characterised by compassion and curiosity, allowing people to explore their lives safely. She brings clients to a deeper understanding of their own minds and the situations which are causing difficulty. This exploration helps people find balance and well-being in their mental health, and ultimately in their lives.

Raising awareness of these influences allows clients create a balance within themselves which will support their well-being.

Annette encourages clients to become more reflective and aware of their experiencing, that is, how their needs, responses, thoughts, emotions and body reactions relate to each other. Her skill and guidance in this area brings deeper healing to distressing emotional patterns, allowing growth of wellbeing which is particularly useful in trauma work and mental health recovery. This allows for a more integrated way to achieve a mentally healthy life.

Annette has done extensive study and training in Therapeutic Mindfulness, Creative Therapies, Trauma Studies, Gender Identity and the Neuroscience of Psychotherapy. She is committed to providing a space which is LGBTQIA+ and neuro-diverse affirmative.
