Viv Cummins

Viv is trained as a systemic psychotherapist. She works with individuals, couples, and families in the context of their relationships. The therapist helps to identify patterns of communication, explore new ways of communicating, and create space to explore worries and emotions. Sessions are client-led, and the aim is to engage in meaningful conversations that offer the individual, couple, or family different ways to view the difficulties they are experiencing and create new meaning for their relationships.

As a Systemic Therapist Viv is informed by various relational and narrative approaches to support people struggling in their relationships. Viv works with Couples Families or individuals.
